We take great care to ensure that your chocolates arrive safely and in perfect condition. Before placing your order, please review our shipping and care policies to ensure a smooth experience.

Local Delivery

  • Delivery Windows: Scheduled within 24-48 hours of order processing.

  • Personal Acceptance Requested: As our chocolates are temperature-sensitive, we ask that someone be available to accept the delivery to maintain their quality.

Shipping (Coming Soon)

  • We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by USPS/UPS/FEDEX or due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • To minimize delays, we ship orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, avoiding weekend delays.

  • To ensure timely delivery, please use an address where someone will be available to receive the package.

Packaging & Temperature Protection

To prevent melting, especially in warmer climates, we use thermal protection and cold packs during transit. These measures are effective for approximately 36 hours. For locations experiencing temperatures above 72°F, we recommend Next Day Air shipping (when available).

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our handmade chocolates, all sales are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, customer satisfaction is our priority! If there are any issues with your order, please email us at hello@focalpointchocolates.com and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation.

Chocolate Care

  • Best Enjoyed Within: We recommend consuming our chocolates within 6 weeks of delivery, although they can maintain freshness for up to 2 months if stored at a cool room temperature.

  • Storage Tips: To preserve texture, avoid refrigerating or freezing our chocolates, as this may alter their consistency.
